Charlotte Rowley

Charlotte Rowley is Headteacher of a primary school. In addition, she has over ten years of secondary English teaching and leadership experience prior to moving to the primary sector.

She is passionate about empowering others and has extensive experience working with trainee teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

Charlotte has particular interests in English and Literacy, Key Stage 2-3 Transition, educational leadership, staff CPD and coaching.

She loves books, writing (of course!), poetry, running, walking and spending time with her lovely family.
